بلدية جباليا النزلة تحذر من النقص الحاد قي كميات السولار
حذرت بلدية جباليا النزلة، في بيان لها، من النقص الحاد الحاصل في كميات السولار الخاصة بتشغيل آبار المياه المركزية والثانوية ومضخات الصرف الصحي، بسبب عدم دخول السولار إلى قطاع غزة، وتأخر استلام الكميات المناسبة من الجهات المانحة، لما لذلك من آثار سلبية مترتبة بتعميق الكارثة الانسانية والبيئية في جباليا.

على غرار انقطاع الزيوت الخاصة بتشغيل المولدات؛ فإن المشكلة تتعمق جراء النقص الحاد الحاصل في الوقود اللازم للتشغيل، ما عمق الأزمة بعدم انتظام تشغيل المولدات وبالتالي خلل كبير في عمل مرافق الصرف الصحي وشبكات المياه.
وتشدد بلدية جباليا النزلة أن هذا الملف بات يهدد المواطنين بتعمق الكارثة مع احتمالية تفشي الأمراض المختلفة وانقطاع المياه الصالحة للاستخدام الآدمي، داعية كل المعنيين حول العالم ما بين المؤسسات الشريكة والمحلية والعربية والدولية إلى مضاعفة الجهود من أجل إدخال كميات الوقود المناسبة والزيوت والفلاتر اللازمة لتشغيل المولدات لتفادي تعمق الكارثة.
Important Notice
Following the shortage of oils required to operate generators, the situation is worsening due to the severe shortage of fuel needed for operation. This has further deepened the crisis by disrupting the regular operation of generators, resulting in major disruptions to the functioning of sewage facilities and water networks.
The severe shortage of the required fuel, caused by the failure to receive adequate quantities from donor entities, has forced the crews of Jabalia Al-Nazla Municipality to reduce the operation of both primary and secondary water wells and sewage pumping stations. It should be noted that all of these facilities are at risk of ceasing operations entirely. In particular, the Al-Saftawi basin is approaching overflow, as its water level has reached 5 meters out of its original depth of 7 meters.
The municipality also announces that its crews have been compelled to suspend the fuel allocation schedule designated for secondary wells, while affirming that operations under this schedule will resume immediately once sufficient quantities of fuel, oils, and filters become available.
Jabalia Al-Nazla Municipality stresses that this issue now threatens residents with a worsening humanitarian and environmental disaster, including the potential spread of various diseases and the interruption of water suitable for human use. The municipality calls on all concerned parties worldwide—partner organizations as well as local, Arab, and international institutions—to intensify their efforts to facilitate the entry of adequate quantities of fuel, along with the oils and filters necessary for operating generators, in order to prevent the disaster from escalating further.
